1912 to harden soap. The food industry uses this process to deve develop lop
hydrogenated oil to prolong the shelf life of foods. This fake f fat or
at hydrogenated oil can cause lesions inside the arteries, which
impairs cell function. As this happens over time, cholesterol and calcium will stick to the damaged areas of the arteries thus leading ding
to blockage and hardening of the arteries.
CoffeeProcessed coffee beans –are acidic and also destroy friendly
bacteria.

Several Hydrogenated Oils (fake fats) – cause cholesterol build up inside our arteries.

the world, but we have the highest rate of osteoporosis.
