Several
people have heard my testimonial regarding OPC3 and asked that I given them a
written version. I am pleased to comply.
I have
had very high blood pressure most of my adult life. I suppose this was a result
of the self-imposed high-pressure life style I had chosen—College Professor
& Vice President, Thoroughbred Breeder/Trainer, Politician who worked in
many national campaigns and once ran for Congress. I was prone to excess in many
areas.
The
costs to my health were significant. With a constant blood pressure reading,
which climbed to 180/160, my heart became enlarged. Eight years ago I began
experiencing congestive heart failure. I was unable to sleep lying down. My
lungs filled up with fluid and I could not breathe. So I slept sitting up.
Finally my doctors put me on the heart replacement list. I thought this was the
end. I was taking 7 or 8 heart and blood pressure medications. They finally got
it down to 140/110 by putting me on the medication they give shock victims in
emergency rooms. Still, this was not good enough, but it was good enough to get
me off the transplant list.
In late
June of 1999 I started taking OPC3. I did not do this to deal with high blood
pressure and congestive heart failure. I just thought it would improve my life
some way. By September, my BP had dropped to 120/90. This is good, but not as
good as it gets.
I go to
my see my physician monthly. My blood pressure continued to drop. I was elated
and told my physician about OPC3. He said he didn't know anything about it, but
to continue to do whatever I was doing. I did.
By March
2000 my blood pressure was down to 104 over 74. Unbeknownst to my doctor I had
slowly weaned myself off of his heart and blood pressure medications. When he
saw this reading, he suggested that we start going off of the medications he had
prescribed. I agreed, even though I did not tell him I was already off
them.
He sent
me in for another echogram. The results were excellent! Because my blood
pressure stayed down, my heart was showing signs of recovery. It was only
slightly enlarged. My ejection fraction was 60. This was astonishing to my
physician.
My last
reading was May 4, 2000. It was 90/60. A stress test followed. The results were
excellent. I can exercise as much as I want.

My
husband has high blood pressure for many years, and even with prescription
medications, was unable to lower it. After starting him on OPC-3, Calcium Plus,
and Vit. B12, it came down to normal range (120/76), which was unheard of for

This
date makes my one year anniversary of my new lease on life, and I would like to
thank you and Market America for the wonderful products you have introduced me
to. In the previous eight years, I had
triple by pass surgery, subsequent angioplasty, diabetes, high blood pressure,
increasing sinus problems, frequent heart palpitations, and advancement of
constant arthritis pain, in my shoulders, arms, hands, and feet, especially in
my feet, so I could walk only from my car to inside the mall and I would have to
sit down. My doctor had put me on
Pycnogenol tablets, for three months I took them and I did not notice
significant change... Then, you introduced me to OPC-3... I took a double dose
as recommended daily, and within a few weeks I noticed changes little by
little...First the throbbing pain in my hands and feet disappeared, next I
noticed that I had not taken any sinus pills for a while and here it is a year
later and I still have not had to take a pill for my sinus. OPC-3 is great. Next
I noticed I could walk up a flight of stairs normally instead of one step at a
time like I used to.
Before I
took OPC-3 I could not open my hands to reach an octave on my piano, and had not
played for over a year, but now I have no problem with my hands. My cardiologist had started me on a physical
therapy program in his rehab clinic with an ultimate goal of ten minutes on the
stress walker. I could not get beyond six minutes without my leg giving out on
me. After three months on OPC-3, I was now able to do ten minutes and after I
rest a half hour I go back and do ten more minutes. My blood pressure has been
normal for the past year and so has my blood sugar been normal. I have more
energy, I can be on my feet longer, go shopping and I keep on improving. I'm
almost 81 years old. I also take CoEnzyme Q10 and Oxygen Plus, daily.

When I
was introduced to OPC-3 in December of 1995 my cholesterol was 297. After taking
OPC-3 until March 2, I had my blood tested, and my cholesterol went down to 265;
32 points lower. Then in September I had my blood tested again and the

I have a
niece who is 5 and has severe asthma. We started her on OPC3 in Dec. and she is
doing well. She too was using a home nebulizer with Albuterol and steroid
inhalants. Her Mother was apprehensive about giving it to her so she took it to
her Dr. and asked first. Of course, the Dr. didn't know much about it but said
it "wouldn't hurt her." No kidding!!! I give it to all my kids and 3 of them

I can
tell you my own personal story. I have been allergic to "everything" since I was born - certain foods (seafood,
too much citrus, chocolate, etc..) would
cause me to stop breathing - I was in intensive care many times over the years, and finally started taking allergy

I am
writing to you today to express my thanks for such a wonderful product -
OPC-3.
My
brother-in-law told me about OPC-3. He
said it was grape seed, pine bark, red wine extract & bilberry and that it
was drinkable. It sounded safe enough
but how was this going to help me or better yet, my husband. He said people were
feeling better and getting relief of many different symptoms including sinus
problems and painful symptoms of back injuries.
Since my
early teens, I suffered with allergy symptoms.
It was chronic sinusitis. In
between repeated doses of antibiotics, I just learned to live with the tension
headaches, stuffy nose, red and watery eyes and the facial pressure. By the time I was in my late twenties these
symptoms were a part of my every day.
At that
time, my husband was suffering from sciatica related to a back injury. He could not bend down, sit in a car or put
on his own socks or shoes. A good
night's sleep was a thing of the past.
After one back surgery, and no relief, we consulted with five different
Neurosurgeons. They felt the symptoms were related to the scar tissue. They suggested another surgery but we
realized with another surgery would be more scar tissue! We were only 30something and we were falling
apart. Needless to say, we both started
on the OPC-3 and treated it like our last hope.

three to six months of taking OPC-3 faithfully, (2 caps in am & 2 caps in
pm) my husband's leg pain was gone. He
could actually feel and see the difference.
When he was suffering, the leg felt like cement andhe didn't have any
strength in the muscles which caused it to atrophy. That was gone. I noticed he wasn't getting out of bed at
night and he was so much happier. When
the symptoms are gone -- you don't miss them!
As for
my sinus problems, I had experienced a "healing response" for several
months. My sinuses drained daily. It was a very gradual process when I thnk
back. After being symptom-free I had
forgotten how bad I really was. Until
one day about a year ago, I was cleaning out my closet when I found an old
purse. I began to clean it out and the
sight of the contents made me drop to the floor! There were prescription bottles of

My whole
family suffered with different degrees of allergies. My wife and I both used Flonase and
Claritin. Springtime here in Oregon was
really bad because if the pollen didn't get you, the molds would. We started using OPC-3 a little over a year

have an 8yr old daughter who also suffers from allergies and on a seasonal basis
allergy driven asthma. She has suffered from allergies since the age of 3. We
were constantly taking her to the Drs. offfice for antibiotics for the what
seemed like eternal sinus infections. She was taking Claritin which helped, we
were only perscribed antibiotics 2-3 times every 2 months (3X10 days=30
days). I started her on 1 cap of OPC.
Her allergies improved. After checking with the Doctor I increased to 2 caps and
1 cap of Vit. C. She no longer gets sinus infections. She does not catch
everything going around AND she has been off the claritin for over a year and a

you!!! For the past 10 years I have been
suffering with symptoms of arthritis, including pain and stiffness in my joints,
especially in the early morning. When I would wake in the middle of the night
to nurse my infant daughter, I would
literally fall over from lack of flexibility in my ankle and toe joints. My hands and heels were swollen and in so
much pain, it was difficult to type or do routine chores, or put any pressure on
my feet, which made it almost impossible to walk! My mother suggested that I use the OPC3, and
although very skeptical, I began to take a double dose daily. Within 1 week, I noticed a remarkable
difference, and within 3 weeks, I experienced no pain, whatsoever! I have now been taking the OPC3 for 1 1/2

three months now. I have arthritis in my
neck, causing problems with pinched nerves in my shoulders. Also the arthritis is in my lower back,
resulting in back pain during the night and difficulty getting up in the
morning. Since I have been using OCP-3,
the pain in both areas of my spine has
lessened, especially in my lower back.

has been very good for my husband Gerry and myself. We have been taking it for about 9
months. This past winter was the first
winter in a long while that Gerry did not get a severe chest cold, in fact, he
didn't get any cold. He also had
shoulder surgery in February of this year and his physio therapist is amazed at
his fast recovery and at how quickly his incision healed.As for myself, I did

Kathy: My sister's son had a severe case of ADHD and
was on prescription meds for three years and the problem worsened. She started
intense research into the natural alternatives and she removed all sugar
products from Lance's diet and started him on OPC's and colloidal minerals.
(This was before either of us joined Market America) He went from a "C" and "D"
student to an "A" and" B" student in about 3 months. She was able to wean him completely off the
meds that he was on in 6 months. I would suggest your friend try 2 caps of OPC
and 1 cap of Mineral Blast and see what happens. Also the sugar needs to be
removed from his diet . Strangely enough, my nephew can now eat some sugar

Missy; diagnosed as ADD My son, Daniel, has been diagnosed as ADD for 3 years.
On Ritalin and Dexadrine, he had a difficult time with side effects. And it
didn't seem to help him that much. He would be crazy on withdrawal from the
medication. While it helped somewhat in school, it caused him to be depressed
and even talk about suicide. In short, things looked pretty bleak. A 10 year old
that you love talking about suicide is quite alarming.
Last
summer, I tried the OPC-3 with testing by the head of the school's Special Ed
department. First, I took him off all medication for 3 weeks. Then he was tested
for several hours with a battery of tests. This was the baseline test. Then I
gave him the OPC-3 (2 capfuls daily) for 45 days. Then he was retested. In 6 out
of 8 categories, he improved. In 2 of the 6, the improvement was over 3 years!
These categories of improvement were related to listening and verbal skills. ADD
children have difficulty in following instructions. This is where he improved
the most.
Mr.
Sandusky, the head of Special Ed, said this OPC-3 has definitely helped my son.
I am currently giving him OPC-3 and a small dose of Cylert, an ADD medication.
He seems to be doing very well and is now main-streamed to a regular class. He

We have
a son that was taking 20mg of Ritalin a day, and that was barely getting him
through the day. We took him off Ritalin
all together and he takes 2 capfuls of OPC-3 in the morning, about 15 minutes
before he eats, and that gets him through the whole school day. There really is not set dose that will work
on everyone, they all seem to react just a little differently. You will have to try a dosage and see how it
works. We tried it on a non-school day
so we could see his behavior, and we got it on the first shot.

This
letter is being written with sincere appreciation to Market America for making
OPC3 available. I would like to relay my testimony on behalf of this great
product. In 1991 I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Before I was diagnosed, I
thought I was dying of some horrible disease but the most frustrating was the
fact that no one understood including my doctor. Because I looked normal and in
good health and after all the tests were run without showing anything wrong, my
doctor decided that I must have Lymes Disease because had most of the classic
symptoms. Some of my symptoms were no energy, pain in certain points on my body,
couldn't sleep through the night because it was hard to find a position that
didn't hurt, my wrists and hands hurt so much, I couldn't even wring a dish
cloth, the most painful of all was walking. My back and hips hurt so bad,
getting out of bed or a chair was extremely painful because I would get so
stiff, it took a few minutes just to limber up enough to walk. It took some time
to do my hair because I couldn't hold a blow dryer or curling iron for more than
f few seconds at a time.
After
treating me for Lymes via intravenous antibiotics which were given to me once a
day for two weeks (I had severe allergic reaction to the drug, I thought I was
going to die) after that didn't achieve the results he wanted, my doctor gave up
and wanted to send me to Mayo Clinic for further testing. I am so glad that I
went to see a Chiropractor instead. When I went to see him, I was in so much
pain that he could barley touch me. At that point he asked me if I had ever
heard of Fibromyalgia. Of course I said, "No". He was pretty sure that I had
fibromyalgia and gave me some literature and asked me to read it and see if I
agreed with him. I could have cried after reading the material, because it
described exactly how I felt. I was so excited to know that I was not dying and
that what I had actually had a name. I continued to see my chiropractor once a
week for several months and then backed off to twice a month for the next 3
years.
My pain
never went away, but I could at least tolerate it some. I became a distributor
with market America in October of 1996 and at that time started taking the OPC3
and within two days my pain was gone and I had so much energy and for the first
time in years I slept like a baby. It has been a year and a half that I have
been taking OPC3 and living a normal life. I will never stop taking OPC3. My
husband, Michael, is very glad to have a happy wife again. In fact, he started taking the OPC3 shortly
after for the arthritis in his wrist, he figured if it did this much for me then it could only help
him also and needless to say he is very pleased with the results. I would also
like to add that all my allergies are gone, I used to suffer from severe hay
fever, I helped keep the antihistamine and tissue industry in business. Also, my
husband's nighttime twitching disappeared.
My
chiropractor is very pleased with the results of my taking OPC3, that he has
recommended it to some of his patients. I only see him on an as needed basis
every few months. My son, Layne, now nine years old suffered from constant sinus
infections; our doctor told me that it would be a fact of life for him. All
through first grade he missed a total of 23 days due to sinus infections and

any days of school due to illness. He is very proud of this fact and does not

Last
July 16th, I became an "UnFranchise" owner. I wanted to buy the OPC3 and
Isotonix for my twin daughters that were suffering from Fibromyalgia. They had
finished their first year of college with Mononucleosis and spent most of the
summer of 95 recuperating. They had to quit playing college field hockey because
they were not able to run and practice because they hurt too much. The doctor
ran tests and their mono was gone, and sent them to a specialist on Easter
vacation of 1996.The Rheumatoidologist ran blood tests and indicated it may be
Lupus. After nine to ten months of trying strong medications, the girls said
enough is enough., and stopped all medicines. The specialist said it was
Fibromyalgia and to take Ibuprofen since the medication did not help them.
After a
year of taking OPC3, Isotonix B-12, Calcium Plus, Vitamin C and Aloe they are
doing great. The one has even stopped her allergy shots, which she has been
taking since she was eight years old. They went for a run just last week and she
did not even take her inhaler for her asthma. She started to take the
ThermoChrome Select, which has Ma Huang, which is helpful with asthma. She was
also able to go off of her thyroid medicine. It is very hard to watch your
children, who played basketball, field hockey, and ran track in high school,
suffer with pain and not being able to sleep. Just 2 years ago their future
looked rather dim.
Today
one is heading for veterinary school and the other one is a medical
technologist, and both are getting married this year. Thanks to Market America

ran out of the OPC3 and was off of it for four days. Her hands ached so bad that
it hurt to hold the steering wheel of the car. She took a loading dose for one
week and then went to her normal two caps in the morning and two caps in the
evening. She has no doubt that OPC3 has given her her life back.
I was
diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 1994. I was in such pain that I could not do any

Scars And Stretch Marks
I didn't have surgery, but a very bad burn that took several layers of my skin off my wrist. Definately drink aloe juice and OPC-3. Put the aloe lotion on the area around the stitches several times a day (3-4x). This should be done in the beginning stages of healing. This should minimize the scarring or leave no scarring at all.
As for the stretch marks.... Pentaxyl will minimize them, fade them, but not take them away.

I was in a car accident and had major whiplash. I was 7 months pregnant with our son (yes he is fine), when a drunk driver wanting to commit suicide pulled out in front of me. It could have been worse and thankfully everyone survived. I had some lacerations, deep tissue injury and a broken jaw, which required surgery. I made it through these things over some time. The years go by and life hands you little or big roads blocks (stress), you deal the best you can with these things but stress is also a factor for firbromyalgia.
In approximately 1989 I was diagnosed with fibro. I had aches and some pain, but I thought the doctor didn't know what he was talking about because everybody who went to him seemed to be diagnosed with fibro. I dismissed it and took myself off of the amytriptilene (anti-depressent) they put everyone on for this disease. Then in 1998 I was in another auto accident (again lucky to be alive). This left me with large hematomas and deep tissue injury along with three cracked ribs. I didn't seem to recover as well with this accident. The aches and pain persisted with very little relief in between. Shortly after this my left hip started to bother me a lot. If you aren't sure what true joint hip pain is, it is actually in the groin area. I was also bothered by tendonitis in both elbows, bursitis in both hips, neck and back problems. I felt like a human pin cushion. I never got much relief, just more injections and medications.
January 2002 left me pretty well drained. I was still working in a doctor’s office and on my feet all day. It got harder and harder to do. In March of that year I had to quit working due to my health. In October I had my left hip replaced (avoid this at all costs). In April of 2004 we went to Texas
Then in July of 2004 my prayers were answered. Several years ago while still working in the health field I got my insurance license and mortgage license. My name was on a list of loan originators and I received a call from someone who I thought wanted me to sell mortgages for him. I was in so much pain but yet I agreed to talk with him. (In the back of my mind I knew I needed to make some money but I also knew there was no way possible that I could work). He came over to talk with my husband and me. He actually was a Market America Independent distributor. I only misunderstood him because of the pain and drugs I was on. I am so glad I had said I would speak with him. He could see how much pain I was in and told us about OPC-3 and the great results his wife had with her allergies from it. I thought, oh great, more supplements. I thought I had tried everything there was in an attempt to get better. I said I would try it but I knew for sure it wouldn't help. So I would take it just like you are suppose to and when the bottle was empty I would give it back with some smug remark. BUT IT WORKED!!!!
Four and one-half weeks after taking just the OPC-3 I was experiencing great relief. I threw away one cane and then the other. I couldn't believe the results. I was sleeping better, I hardly had any pain, I stopped taking almost all my prescription medication and I knew I was getting my life back. With my doctors help I managed to get off all of my medication.
OPC-3 has drastically changed my life for the better. All my blood tests are within normal range, my last pulmonary function tests found no trace of emphysema, and the degenerative joint disease in my right knee is all but gone.
I do take other Market America supplements that I have added over some time. I suggest for anyone with fibro, arthritis or D.J.D., that they take OPC-3, Calcium Plus, and Glucosatrin to start.

Allergies
When I was 12 years old, I began to have problems when I ate fruit. My mouth and lips would swell and my throat would itch. The same symptoms would occur when I would eat fresh vegetables. While working in our family’s garden weeding or picking vegetables, especially tomatoes, my arms would swell wherever I came in contact with the plants.
I adjusted my life accordingly. I stopped eating fresh fruits and vegetables. Many parts of life, however, could not be adjusted. I grew up on a farm and would suffer greatly from spring to fall. I had problems breathing. My eyes itched constantly, waking up many mornings with my eyes almost swollen shut. The doctor gave me an occasional booster shot but was concerned about stunting my growth.
I survived childhood, but my problems continued. I am highly allergic to animals – cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, etc. -- anything with fur. I carried a powder inhaler with me to open up my bronchial tubes when I was unable to breath, which was often.
When I was 34 years old, I finally visited an allergist. Two minutes after putting the allergens on my back, the nurse wiped it all off. She said my entire back looked like one giant mosquito bite. Out of the 80 some scratch tests, I did NOT react to 3 of them. My allergist stated that I was the worst case he had seen in his 20 years of practice. He prescribed an EPI-pen and told me not to EVER be without it. If I couldn’t breath, I was to inject this EPI-pen into my leg and get to a hospital as soon as possible.
I received allergy shots for 5 years. Many times, I could not handle even the smallest level of allergens injected. My arms would swell from my shoulders to below my elbows. (I received 2 injections in each arm.) After 5 years and no significant improvements, I stopped the injections.
A friend of mine had mentioned OPC-3 to me a number of times. I’m a fairly stubborn person and was convinced, at this point, that nothing would help me. I finally gave in after a year or so and tried OPC-3. After 2 weeks on the loading dose, I realized that I wasn’t experiencing ANY allergy symptoms – and this was in the spring of the year.
I’ve gone through an entire allergy season without any symptoms -- This fall being one of the worst on record. I enjoy golfing but have never been able to get through a round without Claritin or some other medication. This year, I’ve been golfing without any breathing or sneezing problems. I’ve started eating fresh fruits and vegetables again. I can take walks with my husband and son around dusk while neighbors are cutting their lawns. Every day I am amazed at the changes that have occurred because of OPC-3. I will never, ever be without this product again.
Since ORAC was introduced, I take 2 caps of OPC-3 and 2 caps of ORAC each day. The ORAC seems to help me more with respiratory problems while the OPC-3 takes care of everything else.

Saw your message asking for a testimony on allergies. It was all OPC3 for me -- a few years back a friend introduced me to the business and the product that doesn't cure anything but helps everything. Yes, I was the skeptic, but I figured that I would give it a try. Prior to that I went through allergy shots (starting out with one, then one 2x/wk, then two different serums 1x/wk - all just to try to figure out a regimen that would benefit me - that went on for almost four years. I finally quit it all and just went on a variety of over-the-counter attempts. For years our home was never open during any season, boxes of tissues in every room, every pocket/every place, along with nasal sprays by the bed, in my purse, upstairs, downstairs, and in my desk drawer all in anticipation of that stuffy nose/mouth-breathing syndrome. On top of everything, we live in an area with a huge number of oak trees (by allergy testing this was shown as one of my biggest problems). I was miserable!! So, when I heard about OPC3 I figured I had tried all sorts of possibilities so why not try one more. I took what was the loading dose for me plus a little more for about 3 weeks, then the loading dose for 2 weeks, and gradually dropped it down until I was taking just the one capful a day. Wasn't noting much of anything UNTIL about mid-way through the 4th month I suddenly realized - I could breathe through my nose!!!! What an amazing thing. Do you know how dry and chapped your lips become when you are constantly breathing through your nose? A few years back we had that terrible summer with pollen counts off the scale; I just increased my OPC3 and while everyone else was suffering I was smiling. Anyway, I tell anyone with allergies to give it a fair trial. You know some will and some won't but I know it has been wonderful for me. In fact, for the last two years we open the windows to let fresh air in the house during those beautiful days in the spring and fall. This year, when the electric bill starting climbing, we've been sleeping with the windows open and ceiling fans on many nights and now that it's fall (which has always been the worst time for me) I've gone back to two caps a day. My husband had allergies for over 20 yrs. and we use the OPC-3, ORAC, AND VIT C and he has great result no allergies for almost 3 yrs. now we also add B-12.

Thinning Hair
I had the thinning hair problem. I can't tell you what caused it but once I started B12 it stopped thinning and started filling in again. When I started the B12 I was taking aloe, digestive enzymes and OPC-3 daily. I don't know if it was the B12 or a combination of the products. After the research I've been doing with the products, I do believe my hair started thinning when my digestion problems began. Once I had those under control and added the B12 I started to notice the changes! Hope this helps!

Chronic Ear Infection (Children)
My grandson was born with torticollis and had chronic ear infections. It was terrible. He screamed constantly. My daughter and her husband almost went insane. After numerous trips to the doctor and having his little system messed up with antibiotics (and antibiotics do NOT cure ear infections) the doctor suggested acid reflux medication even thought he probably did not have acid reflux and physical therapy. The torticollis continued to get worse to the point of his skull becoming more and more misshaped. I was able to convince my daughter to try something else. My suggestion: Take the child to a pediatric Chiropractor AND follow Debbie Waldec's Health Protocol. Continue with Mitamins, Aloe and OPC-3. resulting in removal of 32 inches of my small intestine with Laposcoptic
surgery, and the repair of an abscess fistula. It would take me pages to
explain what it has been like for me living with this disease so all I will
say is that my body, especially my rectum, seem to be slowly deteriorating.
There is not much we know on how you get this disease, but it may be
hereditary. My bowel movements are frequent and usually in the form of
diarrhea. I was somewhat of a hermit for fear of leaving my house with my
daughter, being in the car or in the middle of the mall, and having to rush
to a bathroom, which has happened many times.
My pregnancy to Christina was wonderful and there were no complications at
all. In fact, I felt wonderful the entire pregnancy, the best I had felt
since I got this disease. She is very healthy and we thank God for our angel.
It is hard to believe she is almost 18 months old now. Time goes by so
quickly and these moments are so precious.
Anyway, during the pregnancy I found out that I have Hepatitis C. (Christina
has been tested negative for this virus which we again thank God for.) This
virus enters your blood and is mostly transmitted blood to blood. It is rare
for a baby to contract the virus while in delivery, and is rarely transmitted
sexually. (Erik was tested and negative, also.) In 1985, I had to have a
blood transfusion due to my first real attack from the Crohn's Disease. I
must have contracted it then because they did not know about Hepatitis C at
that time. This virus can stay dormant for years without being detected. The
only way to know if you have it is to be tested specifically for Hepatitis C.
This virus can cause cancer and/or cirrhosis of the liver if left untreated.
I did have a liver biopsy and some other liver tests and I have neither at
this time. In October of 1999, I began a six-month to one-year treatment that
has a 20-30% chance of curing the virus. This treatment is called REBETRON
Combination Therapy and has some nasty side effects such as flu-like symptoms
including nausea, excessive fatigue, headaches, depression, body aches,
fever, loss of appetite, mood swings, memory loss, etc. and has affected my
entire family. We thank God for our wonderful family and friends that have
been extra supportive and helpful.
In May of 1999, I was introduced to a product by a couple I met that go to
the same church as we do, called Isotonix OPC-3. I started taking it right
away along with the Isotonix vitamins. After the first month, I did not think
I noticed a difference until I stopped taking the OPC-3 and vitamins. After a
week or so, I started to feel fatigued all the time, which I had felt since
the birth of Christina and before the pregnancy, so I decided to start taking
both again. Within a few days, I noticed that I had more energy and within
the next six weeks, I really started to feel good most of the time. I had
even gained some weight. People were actually telling me how good I was
looking. I was also taking Ultimate Aloe for less than a month before
starting my treatment. I am now drinking Ultimate Aloe. About two weeks after
ending my Hepatitis C treatment, my bowel movements went from anywhere from
4-12 daily to 2 daily.

Chronic Fatigue
While I wasn't diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue, I was diagnosed with Idiopathic Hypersomnia, meaning I was tired all the time, but they didn't know why. For many years, I would sleep every chance I got, in the parking lot in my car after lunch, in an office during lunch, getting my hair cut, having my teeth cleaned, even driving, which was the worst.
My family doctor told me - after years of problems - that I was probably just a 10 hour a night sleeper who only got 8 hours. I finally visited a sleep doctor. I was wired up for an overnight test. I was in REM sleep for 95% of the time, so getting good sleep at night. The next day, they kept me wired up and turned off the lights every 2 hours and told me to try to sleep. Within minutes, I was asleep each time. I told the doctor that I had very poor eating habits and didn't take supplements. She told me it wasn't nutrition related, I was just tired all the time and they didn't know why. She prescribed Provigil, which is a medication for Narcalepsy. It worked great! I couldn't believe that was how awake and aware I was supposed to feel.
Then, along came Market America. I started taking OPC-3. After a few weeks, the Provigil started giving me headaches when I would take it, so I quit taking it. I could physically stay awake during the day, which was better than before OPC-3, but I was still very tired. I added CoQ10 to the mix and felt 100% better. I also had the Gene SNP done and found out that I have a B Vitamin Deficiency, which may explain some of the problems, but I don't take the Gene SNP supplements, so I'm sure it is the CoQ10 that is helping. Also, I have a nice big mug of MochaTonix everyday and notice when I haven't had it yet.

Children's Testimonials
This is Miami Schufeld and I thought this was a really important message to put out to everyone. I just got back from my daughter’s visit to her pediatrician. When she was about eight months old, she was diagnosed with an asthma or allergy, they really didn’t know what it was and she had to take Albuterol, which as some of you may know, is an awful, awful steroid for kids to take but we really didn’t feel that we had a choice because she was having difficulty breathing. She was also on a nebulizer.
When we started evaluating this business in February 2004, Kevin and Debbie Nolan suggested we try OPC-3 and Might-A-Mins for our daughter. And we did, and slowly but surely we noticed that she wasn’t waking up anymore at night with her wheezing and coughing, and that it was going away.
Well, we got back from our pediatrician today and they told us that she no longer has to have Albuterol or use her nebulizer.
It’s just a really important thing; I’m getting emotional now but my 2/1/2 year old is no longer on an awful, awful drug.
Just wanted to let everyone know that our products are amazing. My daughter wants to say something…you probably couldn’t hear her. She was saying thank you, Market America.
I give OPC-3 to both my kids and they are almost 3 and almost 5. It works great when we start to get a cold, I give them a full adult dose 2 or 3 times a day for a couple days. Other days they get 1/2 adult dose. They are the only two kids at school who have not missed a day!

I have had my little guy on OPC-3 since in vitro. He is 37 lbs. and takes a cap of Might-A-Mins and one cap OPC-3 each day. He also takes Ultimate Aloe and Mineral Blast, and Calcium Plus at night. He is the HEALTHIEST child I have ever seen...never collicky, no ear infections, no noticeable teething pain and no bad colds or flu's that have kept him in bed...easy delivery at 10 lbs. for this old mom also.

Our products can be very effective for young children w/allergies. My son was suffering terribly with seasonal allergies at 13 months of age. One of the doctors at his pediatric practice wanted to start him on anti-histamines. I refused & started him on 1 cap of OPC & 1 cap of Might-a-Mins, along w/one ounce of aloe juice daily. His allergies were gone that day! Another pediatrician in that practice was so impressed that she bought aloe juice & OPC for her elderly parents & is now a distributor herself.I have tried to drop his dose down to 1/2 a cap on the OPC, but don't get the same results. We have since added Vitamin C because he likes the taste (and I know it's good for him). He has just turned 4, and (other than tick bites & food poisoning) he has not been back to the pediatrician for an illness since. He sees the doctor once a year now for an annual check-up.Whenever something nasty is going around his pre-school, I bump up his aloe & he skates right through. On occasion, he's come down with the sniffles, a stomach flu, or a fever, but they have never lasted more than one day. If he's not feeling well, he asks for aloe & OPC himself because he knows they will make him feel better. I've given him cough syrup only once in 3 years & have to throw out all the OTC remedies (Tylenol, etc.) that moms like to keep on hand "just in case" because they expire before we ever use them. My nephew (with severe Heart problems) started OPC-3 when he was 13 months old (13 lbs.) We started him on 1/2 adult dose, which was still a little better than 5 times (per his weight). He is doing great! He wasn't really expected to see his first birthday, but he will see his third in just a few weeks. To look at him, one would never know he has any medical problems at all.
Another nephew, who suffers both from allergies and asthma was started on OPC-3 at 18 months old, (15 lbs) -- also half a dose. His older brother (9), with the same problems, takes a whole dose. Both are also doing great and have had no more attacks.
For them, the OPC-3 alone was too sour. They weren't really thrilled, made ugly faces and threw their bottles/cups back at us. So . . . We added some Isotonix Vitamin C and gave it to them as the first bottle/cup in the morning. Evidently the Vitamin C added enough sweetness to make it palatable for them. I hope this helps.

Both my wife & 10 year old daughter suffer serious allergy problems, or I should say did suffer from. Literally every 6 weeks my daughter would get an infection in her throat followed by a serious fever(102-104) this would last for a week accompanied by a regimen of antibiotics. She had suffered from this most of her life & my wife took clariton every day for many years for her allergies.
For the last 10 months they have each taken 1 capful of OPC-3 a day with a half cap of the Vitamin C. My daughter has not been sick 1 time in the last 10 months (we were a few weeks from having her tonsils removed when we noticed the improvement & cancelled the surgery). My wife has maybe taken 4 doses of Clariton in the last 10 months. I am starting to make some $$ with my Unfranchise but even if I did not make a dime I would never stop because of what these products have done for my family.

I'd rather buy OPC3 from myself than thousand of dollars worth of antibiotics and allergy meds from the pharmaceutical companies!! My personal experience is one dose of OPC-3 each day takes care of my fall allergies. My 9 year old son, who used to develop winter allergies and had secondary bronchial infections all winter long (every 3 weeks it was to the doctor for more antibiotics), is on one dose a day (a double dose for him per weight) and hasn't had the usual allergy symptoms and no secondary infections for the past two winters.
I have a new customer who used it to bring down their blood pressure are pleasantly "surprised" that they don't have any allergies this spring (and pollen counts are high this spring!). Another customer told his wife that this spring he could smell the dirt of a newly tilled field. Something he hadn't been able to smell due to chronic sinuses for many, many years! OPC-3 is WONDERFUL for allergies.

I have had my daughter, Kelley, on MightaMins and about a 1/3 dose (based on her weight) of OPC every morning and she hasn't been ill for over a year! You can tell she has a tendency for allergies during the season which is why we added the OPC. We also give her Strawberry/Kiwi Aloe to help her with any digestive issues whenever she needs it, which is not often. She is extremely healthy now!

I have year-round allergies. I've never been medically tested to see exactly what I am allergic to. I know for sure that I don't take very kindly to dust, mold or mildew, and whatever common pollens or organic matter that are flying around. I used to take Claritin every day of the year. I've been on OPC-3 for over 6 months, and it has been just wonderful! I can tell when I wake up in the morning whether it'll be a good or bad day for my allergies. I take one cap each of OPC-3, Multi-tech, and Antioxidant every day, but on bad days I either take a double or triple dose of OPC-3. I know it works for ME, because sometimes I take only one OPC-3 in the morning, and if I'm still sniffling before I eat breakfast, I'll take a second (or third) cap, and within a half-hour I feel fine. It works for me.
It's great taking a superior product for overall great health and having the nice benefit of allergy control! And no more prescriptions full of chemicals to waste my money on !!!!!

When we started evaluating this business in February 2004, Kevin and Debbie Nolan suggested we try OPC-3 and Might-A-Mins for our daughter. And we did, and slowly but surely we noticed that she wasn’t waking up anymore at night with her wheezing and coughing, and that it was going away.
Well, we got back from our pediatrician today and they told us that she no longer has to have Albuterol or use her nebulizer.
It’s just a really important thing; I’m getting emotional now but my 2/1/2 year old is no longer on an awful, awful drug.

Our products can be very effective for young children w/allergies. My son was suffering terribly with seasonal allergies at 13 months of age. One of the doctors at his pediatric practice wanted to start him on anti-histamines. I refused & started him on 1 cap of OPC & 1 cap of Might-a-Mins, along w/one ounce of aloe juice daily. My nephew (with severe Heart problems) started OPC-3 when he was 13 months old (13 lbs.) We started him on 1/2 adult dose, which was still a little better than 5 times (per his weight). He is doing great! He wasn't really expected to see his first birthday, but he will see his third in just a few weeks. To look at him, one would never know he has any medical problems at all.
Another nephew, who suffers both from allergies and asthma was started on OPC-3 at 18 months old, (15 lbs) -- also half a dose. His older brother (9), with the same problems, takes a whole dose. Both are also doing great and have had no more attacks.
For them, the OPC-3 alone was too sour. They weren't really thrilled, made ugly faces and threw their bottles/cups back at us. So . . . We added some Isotonix Vitamin C and gave it to them as the first bottle/cup in the morning. Evidently the Vitamin C added enough sweetness to make it palatable for them. I hope this helps.

Both my wife & 10 year old daughter suffer serious allergy problems, or I should say did suffer from. Literally every 6 weeks my daughter would get an infection in her throat followed by a serious fever(102-104) this would last for a week accompanied by a regimen of antibiotics. My personal experience is one dose of OPC-3 each day takes care of my fall allergies. My 9 year old son, who used to develop winter allergies and had secondary bronchial infections all winter long (every 3 weeks it was to the doctor for more antibiotics), is on one dose a day (a double dose for him per weight) and hasn't had the usual allergy symptoms and no secondary infections for the past two winters.
I have a new customer who used it to bring down their blood pressure are pleasantly "surprised" that they don't have any allergies this spring (and pollen counts are high this spring!). Another customer told his wife that this spring he could smell the dirt of a newly tilled field. Something he hadn't been able to smell due to chronic sinuses for many, many years! OPC-3 is WONDERFUL for allergies.

I have had my daughter, Kelley, on MightaMins and about a 1/3 dose (based on her weight) of OPC every morning and she hasn't been ill for over a year! You can tell she has a tendency for allergies during the season which is why we added the OPC. I have year-round allergies. I've never been medically tested to see exactly what I am allergic to. I know for sure that I don't take very kindly to dust, mold or mildew, and whatever common pollens or organic matter that are flying around. I used to take Claritin every day of the year. I've been on OPC-3 for over 6 months, and it has been just wonderful! I can tell when I wake up in the morning whether it'll be a good or bad day for my allergies. My personal story is: I suffered at least one migraine a month for 20 years first the zig zig lines in my peripheral vision, followed by blind spots in the middle of my vision so I could barely drive home from work before phase three set in - excruciating pain that *nothing* helped. This lasted
for 24 hours. If I ate lots of sugar as soon as the zig zag started, I could sometimes stave of the rest of the symptoms - until next time. I started on OPC-3 4 years ago and have not had a migraine since. For the first few months the zig zags would start and I would take an extra OPC3, which would stop it.
I know some people also find B 12 is necessary to stop them. Since those first few months I haven't even had a zig zag, much less blindness and pain.
Guess I finally got enough OPC3 in my system!

My name is John Lehotsky and I suffered from severe migraine headaches on and off for about 15 years. These headaches would occur with little advance warning and would send me to bed, unable to stand light, noise or any contact. At their peak I would become violently sick to my stomach.
Doctors prescribed almost every medication known with no results. I spent 4 days in the hospital with an IV, administering Dihydro-ergotomine. I had a serious reaction to the anti-nausea drug that was used in addition to the DHE and had terrible muscle spasms.

I started using OPC in June, and later added B-12 because I heard it does something for migraines. I used a Prescription Drug, first Imitrex, then switched to Zomig because it's claim was to help ease a migraine once well under way, but the Imitrex has to catch the migraine in the early, early stage in order to work. The Zomig comes six in a pack, and cost $100.00 (luckily my insurance paid 80%), but I was going through an awful lot of them. I was having Migraines for about 1 1/2 years, about 4 a month, then increased to about 6 or 7 a month, sometimes even more. EVER SINCE I STARTED B-12, IN SEPTEMBER, I HAVE ONLY HAD 3 MIGRAINES! It is absolutely incredible. I only take one capful of B-12 a day, but I increased them during the migraines to three caps. I have B-12 on transfer buying; I couldn't stand the thought of running out. Oh, by the way, I got a migraine when I ran out of B-12!!!, Thank goodness for overnight buying. A doctor that I asked about it said that people who have common migraines often have boarder-line under-active thyroids and that the B-12 will kick start the thyroid into functioning properly again. I take a single dose of B-12 every day and it helps a lot. I have also heard of people having great success with OPC-3 and migraines. If I feel one coming on, I will take a double-dose B-12 along with a double-dose OPC-3 (in addition to what I usually take) and I can often stop a migraine before it really gets started. I still have to try to avoid my "triggers", but I feel like I've got my life back!!

Here's our groups latest on this issue! We are working with a girl with migraines so bad that she actually passes out from them. Until a few weeks ago, she got them almost every day. She definitely wanted to start on the OPC-3, and we highly recommended the B-12 as well. In fact, to a brand new customer just starting I'll recommend the B-12 over the OPC-3 for eadaches just because of my experiences. She started on both products the day after we met her, and she didn't get a headache! Nor did she get ANY headaches for about two weeks, until the day that she didn't take her B-12. Not surprisingly, she got a headache that day. Needless to say, she was immediately on the phone to order enough OPC-3 and B-12 to prevent running out again! I believe very strongly the B-12 for headaches. In fact, I take it just like I *used* to take Tylenol or Motrin when I feel one coming on. Works every time! Today I have a stressed, sort of almost there, headache but it hasn't manifested into a migraine. The condition to which you refer is quite well known in the Gynecologic field. We sometimes refer to them as
menstrual withdrawal headaches. It has been shown that the result from the falling levels of estrogen just before the onset of the mense (period). For many years, I have used the estrogen patch to abort the headache. Applied 2-3 days before the expected onset of the headache, it often works quite nicely in reducing the severity and duration of the headache. For the past 7 years, I have also highly recommended OPC-3 for, not only these headaches, but for any headache, especially the classic migraines. I believe the OPC-3, by stabilizing the cell membrane and vessel wall, may actually reduce the vasospasm (sensitivity of the blood vessel to those stimuli which make it constrict).
This process allows the blood to flow more freely avoiding the compensatory vasodilatation (opening or dilating of the cerebral vessels) which is what results in the pounding headache.
My family often teases me since I seem to recommend OPC for just about everything. I also like to combine the OPC with Vitamin C and the Antioxidant. I routinely recommend multiple dosing since the body seems to like consistency and does better, at least with supplements, if you give it smaller doses more frequently.

I had various problems such as migraines which I took Fiorinal, PMS and the symptoms associated with it-bloating, fatigue, again the migraines, irritability, extreme cramping that required pain meds, etc...I have a bad knee from a car accident that always hurt, and I also have spring and summer allergies.

Here's our groups latest on this issue! We are working with a girl with migraines so bad that she actually passes out from them. Until a few weeks ago, she got them almost every day. She definitely wanted to start on the OPC-3, and we highly recommended the B-12 as well. In fact, to a brand new customer just starting I'll recommend the B-12 over the OPC-3 for eadaches just because of my experiences. She started on both products the day after we met her, and she didn't get a headache! Nor did she get ANY headaches for about two weeks, until the day that she didn't take her B-12. Not surprisingly, she got a headache that day. Needless to say, she was immediately on the phone to order enough OPC-3 and B-12 to prevent running out again! I believe very strongly the B-12 for headaches. In fact, I take it just like I *used* to take Tylenol or Motrin when I feel one coming on. Works every time! As I said earlier, if it's a new customer who only wants to try one thing for headaches, I'll usually go with the B-12 before the OPC. Once they're thrilled to death with those results, they'll probably respect what you tell them about OPC, too!

Hi, I had severe, put me to bed, Migraines for 15 years. I haven't had a Migraine since I became a distributor. Today I have a stressed, sort of almost there, headache but it hasn't manifested into a migraine. I woke up with it, so I know it's trying to be a migraine but it feels like it just can't grow into one. It feels like a tightening at the back of my head and shoulders at this point. I have no doubt that the products I'm taking have to be the reason for the relief. I take OPC-3, MultiTech and Mineral Blast (every other day for the Mineral Blast).

The condition to which you refer is quite well known in the Gynecologic field. We sometimes refer to them as
menstrual withdrawal headaches. It has been shown that the result from the falling levels of estrogen just before the onset of the mense (period). For many years, I have used the estrogen patch to abort the headache. Applied 2-3 days before the expected onset of the headache, it often works quite nicely in reducing the severity and duration of the headache. For the past 7 years, I have also highly recommended OPC-3 for, not only these headaches, but for any headache, especially the classic migraines. I believe the OPC-3, by stabilizing the cell membrane and vessel wall, may actually reduce the vasospasm (sensitivity of the blood vessel to those stimuli which make it constrict).
This process allows the blood to flow more freely avoiding the compensatory vasodilatation (opening or dilating of the cerebral vessels) which is what results in the pounding headache.
My family often teases me since I seem to recommend OPC for just about everything. I also like to combine the OPC with Vitamin C and the Antioxidant. I routinely recommend multiple dosing since the body seems to like consistency and does better, at least with supplements, if you give it smaller doses more frequently.

Carpal Tunnel
Here is my testimony about carpal tunnel and OPC-3:
I was considering having surgery for carpal tunnel just so I could get a good night’s rest. I run a large family-owned bakery and use my hands all the time for work. After a day when I had to constantly squeeze pastry tubes to decorate a dozen or more huge sheet cakes, I would awaken during the night with my hands being completely numb. It was very annoying to have to get out of bed and shake my hands around in order to get some feeling back into my fingers. They gave me a brace to wear to bed, but it didn’t seem to help much.
I had tried many remedies...nothing seemed to help...I was really not happy about the idea of having surgery and was willing to try just about anything to avoid it. You told me OPC-3 was not a wonder drug which would cure me, but that, over time, it would relieve my symptoms....so I decided to give it a try. I began with a loading dose of 4 capfuls per day, along with 1 capful of the antioxidant.
Since I have been taking OPC-3 over the past three months, I don’t have to wear the brace at night anymore....there isn’t all the numbness....and when I have a busy day, with lots of cakes to decorate, I notice a big difference in how I feel! OPC-3 has really changed my life! I know now, that if things continue to improve they way they have recently, that surgery will never be an option for me.
Oh, yes, and by the way...OPC-3 has done more than just help with my carpal tunnel . I had my teeth cleaned the other day...the hygienist remarked to me that my gums didn’t bleed much at all compared to what they had before.

I don't know when it happened but I noticed after a couple of months that my ct was completely gone. I had gone to the Dr. because it woke me up out of a sound sleep with pain. They wanted to operate and I decided to wait on that until it got worse which would not have been long. Acid Reflux
I started taking OPC-3 for some shoulder problems that I was having. To my surprise I actually had many positive results from OPC-3 other than just taking away the pain in my shoulder.
For years, maybe 10 or so, I had acid reflux. It was always there but some days were worse than others. In the beginning I could take a couple of Tums or even just grin and bear it, and the reflux would subside. However, for the last couple of years that I had Acid Reflux I couldn't get thru the day or night without taking at least a Zantac 150, or some prescription medicine. And, I was taking these medicines daily.
When I started OPC-3 two years ago from now, I have never once taken a Tums, Zantac, or Prescription Antacid. For Obvious reasons, I hope, I have not taken these medicines because I have not had Acid Reflux once since starting OPC-3.
I hope this makes some difference for somebody out there because I know how terrible it is to live with Acid Reflux and how much better I feel now that I don't have it anymore.

While I was hospitalized for 3 weeks I was monitored on many different anti-seizure medications, the medications helped with my seizures, however I suffered from slurred speech, extreme fatigue, I was unable to organize my thoughts, I couldn't drive and obviously I could not work. After being discharged I was taking my medications in order to somewhat function normally, however even on my medications I would still have the sensation that I was going to have a seizure.
When I was introduced to OPC-3 I took the recommended dose (2 capfuls a day). I felt great, more energized, I was starting to feel like my old self again! I then started to increase my dose of OPC-3 (5 capfuls daily) and my sensations went away, then I gradually weaned myself off my anti-seizure medications. I am currently seizure free for 1 year and completely off all prescribed medications.

My daughter is sixteen years old. For at least 3 years she has been suffering from SEVERE acne.
